Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin Branka Anti\u0107 Pintar, geboren am 1. Februar 1986, hat 2010 ihr Studium an der <\/span><\/span><\/span>Rechtswissenschaftlichen<\/span><\/span> Fakult\u00e4t<\/span><\/span> der<\/span><\/span> Universit\u00e4t<\/span><\/span> Rijeka<\/span><\/span> abgeschlossen.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/div>\n
Ihre<\/span><\/span> berufliche <\/span><\/span><\/span>Entwicklung begann am 17. April 2012 als Rechtsreferendarin in einer Anwaltskanzlei und am 10. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Januar 2017 legte sie das Staatsexamen ab. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Nach der Arbeit in Anwaltskanzleien wurde sie am 30. <\/span><\/span><\/span>Januar<\/span><\/span> 2020<\/span><\/span> in<\/span><\/span> das<\/span><\/span> Anwaltregister<\/span><\/span> der<\/span><\/span> Kroatische<\/span><\/span>n<\/span><\/span> Anwaltskammer<\/span><\/span> als<\/span><\/span> selbstst\u00e4ndige <\/span><\/span><\/span>Rechtsanw\u00e4ltin<\/span><\/span> eingetragen.<\/span><\/span> Ihre<\/span><\/span> berufliche<\/span><\/span> Weiterentwicklung<\/span><\/span> setzte<\/span><\/span> sie<\/span><\/span> im<\/span><\/span> Bereich<\/span><\/span> der <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00f6ffentlichen Notariate fort, indem sie am 28. Juni 2022 das Notariatspr\u00fcfungs ablegte. Sie arbeitete <\/span><\/span><\/span>als Notariatsassistentin bis zum<\/span><\/span> 11. Dezember 2025, als sie sich dem Team der Anwaltskanzlei <\/span><\/span><\/span>VAI\u0106 & DVORNI\u010cI\u0106 d.o.o. anschloss.Im Jahr 2017 absolvierte sie bei der Weltorganisation f\u00fcr <\/span><\/span><\/span>geistiges<\/span><\/span> Eigentum<\/span><\/span> (WIPO)<\/span><\/span> folgende<\/span><\/span> Kurse: Allgemeiner<\/span><\/span> Kurs<\/span><\/span> zum<\/span><\/span> Recht<\/span><\/span> des<\/span><\/span> geistigen <\/span><\/span><\/span>Eigentums (DL<\/span><\/span>–<\/span><\/span>101HR)<\/span><\/span>, Software<\/span><\/span>–<\/span><\/span>Lizenzierung einschlie\u00dflich Open Source (DL511), F\u00f6rderung <\/span><\/span><\/span>des Zugangs zu Medizintechnologien und Innovationen<\/span><\/span> \u2013<\/span><\/span> WHO, WIPO, WTO Executive Course<\/span><\/span><\/span>
zu den Schnittstellen zwischen \u00f6ffentlicher Gesundheit, geistigem Eigentum und Handel (DL701).<\/span><\/span><\/span>
Am 27<\/span><\/span>. April 2018 nahm sie am Symposium „UMSETZUNG DER DSGVO“ teil, das von CSI, <\/span><\/span><\/span>HAA, AZOP und HDK in Zagreb organisiert wurde.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
W\u00e4hrend ihres Studiums war sie professionell mit Gesang und verwandten k\u00fcnstlerischen Disziplinen besch\u00e4ftigt. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
So war sie von M\u00e4rz 2015 bis November 2011 als Mitglied des Vokal- <\/span>und B\u00fchnenensembles „PUTOKAZI“ eine der Hauptakteurinnen des Projekts „Mjesec.“ Von M\u00e4rz <\/span>2014 bis Februar 2015 nahm sie an der Zweigstelle „Putokazi“ \u2013 PUTOKAZI 30 teil und war <\/span>Mitglied des Ensembles des Ulysses Theaters in dem St\u00fcck „King Lear“ von 2006 bis 2011.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
