Amendments of Civil Proceedings Act, from May 2011, refer to claim withdrawal, stay of proceedings, court settlement, tone recording of a hearing, introduction of a court sentence, appeal, revision and payment order.

Claim withdrawal after the main hearing has been allowed, but only if the respondent gives his explicit agreement and not after the judgment, by which the first instance proceeding ends, has become res judicata. If the claim is withdrawn before the first instance court has reached his judgment i.e. before the judgment is, anent to an appeal, relegated to the appellate court, the first instance court shall determine that the claim has been withdrawn. On the other hand, if the claim is withdrawn during the appellate proceeding, first instance court then urgently sends notice to the appellate court, unless the appellate court has already reached the judgment.
