Through Info.BIZ, users can obtain detailed information about the financial, legal, and market aspects of companies, making it easier to assess business risks, partners, and markets. This system enhances business transparency and security while providing users with easier access to essential data for efficient operations.

Fina e-Invoice is a system for sending, receiving, and storing electronic invoices, playing a vital role in the digitalization of business processes in Croatia. E-invoicing enables faster, safer, and more efficient business operations by eliminating the need for paper invoices, reducing the possibility of errors, and accelerating the payment process. According to Croatian legislation, starting in 2026, e-invoices will become mandatory for all business entities, further advancing digitalization in business practices.

Fina Web e-Signature is a service that enables secure and legally recognized electronic signing of documents online. This system allows users to digitally sign documents without the need for a physical signature, with full legal validity equivalent to a handwritten signature. Fina Web e-Signature utilizes a qualified electronic signature compliant with European legislation (eIDAS regulation).

Fina Validator is a service for verifying the validity of electronic documents, such as e-invoices and electronic signatures. This service enables users to confirm whether a document has been correctly generated and meets all legal standards, including format and the required information for its legal validity.

Fina e-Payment is a service that facilitates quick, secure, and simple payments through online banking. This service supports various forms of digital payments, including the payment of tax obligations, utility bills, and other public fees. Fina e-Payment integrates with different financial institutions and payment systems, enabling users to perform transactions securely and efficiently.

Fina e-Archive and Fina Web Archive are digital archiving services that ensure secure storage and management of electronic documents in compliance with regulations and security standards. • Fina e-Archive is designed for long-term storage of documents such as invoices, contracts, business reports, and other legally significant documents. • Fina Web Archive expands capabilities by allowing users simple access to archived documents via a web browser. This service enables viewing, searching, and downloading documents directly from the web, making it easier to work with archived documentation.

Fina Web Bon is a service that provides quick and easy access to creditworthiness information about business entities. Through this service, BON-1 forms are available in Croatian, English, or German. These forms include key details such as general company information, performance indicators for the last two years, average wage levels, financial resources, and company ratings within a specific industry. Additionally, Web Bon offers insight into the list of entities that have requested a BON-1 form for your company, helping you better understand interest in your business.

Fina Factoring Platform is a digital solution designed to simplify the process of purchasing claims based on unpaid e-invoices. It enables users to conduct business quickly, securely, and transparently, with integration into services like Fina e-Invoice and Info.BIZ. The platform supports a fully digitalized process—from submitting purchase requests and risk assessments to electronically signing contracts and storing documentation.
